MAHI | Spicy Tomato Pasta

The quickest (and hottest!) pasta dish you’ll find around… Great for those winter months to get a little heat through your soul!

Recipe:

PREP TIME: 10 minutes

COOKING TIME: 15 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 25 minutes

SERVINGS: 4 people

- Get some water on the boil, add some salt and your pasta

- Finely cut your onion and garlic and set aside

- Chop your big veggies into cubes

- Fry garlic and onion in a hot pan and add 2 tbsp mahi sauce

- Add your veggies and let them cook in the flavours for a few minutes

- Add your chopped tomatoes and let simmer on a medium heat for 10 minutes

- Take your pasta off the boil when ready and mix in with sauce

- Cook for a further 2-3 minutes then serve (with a little mayo if HOT!)

ingredients:

• 250g fresh pasta

• 1 can chopped tomatoes

• 1/2 aubergine

• 3 cloves of garlic

• 1/2 broccoli 

• 1 carrot

• 1 onion

• mayonnaise (optional)

• 2 tbsp mahi scorpion pepper and passion sauce
