MAHI | Zingy Omelette

Need something quick and easy for you lunch? Why not try our omelette with added kick from our Bhut Jolokia hot sauce!


1. Whisk two eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper.
2. Add a generous amount of cheese (1 small bowl full).
3. Mix a few splashes of Mahi Bhut Jolokia.
4. Cook on a pre-heated pan at medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side (or less depending on how you like your eggs).


MAHI Bhut Jolokia (Add to Taste)
2x Eggs
2x Handfuls Cheese
A Pinch of Himalayan Salt
A Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
