A quick and easy snack for protein seeking practising chefs.

ingredients:

1x Bag Vegetarian Minced Meat
1x Tin Mixed Beans
1x Jar MAHI Chops Marinade
2x Onions
Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Method:

1.Slow heat a pan with olive oil.
2.Add chopped onions, salt and pepper and stir.
3.Add the vegetarian mince and stir.
4.Add Mixed bean mix and stir further – keep stirring for a few minutes.
5.Add a generous amount of Mahi Chops Marinade Stir and add some water.
6.Simmer on a medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
