A quick and easy snack for protein seeking practising chefs.
1. Slow heat a pan with olive oil.
2. Add chopped onions, salt and pepper and stir.
3. Add the vegetarian mince and stir.
4. Add Mixed bean mix and stir further – keep stirring for a few minutes.
5. Add a generous amount of Mahi Chops Marinade
6. Stir and add some water.
7. Simmer on a medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

1x Jar MAHI Chops Marinade
