Vegan Chocolate, Avocado & Chilli Mousse
This recipe is a great vegan pudding, it's quick and easy to make and only has 6 ingredients! it's free from dairy, wheat and egg, which are all the main ingredients in most desserts. You can personalise it too with your favourite toppings, you can try a variety of toppings, whilst chilli flakes are used in the video, you could top it with chopped pistachios or raspberries. This recipe makes 2 mousses, just double it for 4.

ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
½ cup organic raw cacao powder
½ cup full fat coconut milk
⅓ cup local raw honey or maple syrup to taste
2 teaspoons organic vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon to taste
¼ teaspoon ground ancho chile to taste
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until completely smooth.
2. Taste and adjust seasonings.
3. Spoon into serving dishes and chill to set.
